I studied both classical and structural osteopathy during my 4 years at the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine, where I gained a BSc (honours) degree.

I have also worked as a Bowen Technique practitioner for the last , treating patients of all ages. Using very gentle 'fascia Bowen moves' over areas of tension helps to 'jump start' the healing process deep within the body.

I have developed my interest in complementary therapies, studying Reiki, Chi Healing and Emotional Freedom Technique.

Osteopathic treatment is concerned with posture, body mechanics, lifestyle and nutrition and I will aim to work with each patient on an individual basis to create a treatment plan that works for them.
